• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

• New users receive a 7-day free trial
• No credit card required for trial activation
• Trial includes 500 tracked links
• After trial expiration, you must subscribe to continue using the Service

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial payment. Monthly renewals are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in unauthorized data scraping or harvesting
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits

You acknowledge that LinkDashPro processes affiliate links and placement data to provide the Service. We do not access or store your affiliate account credentials.

LinkDashPro is not responsible for your compliance with affiliate program terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of affiliate links complies with all applicable affiliate program policies.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinkDashPro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
